Nice Saturday visit

Recently renovated. Interesting excibition. Would say a perfect afternoon time for families with kids, about 1hour long. Perfect not to get bored.

Excellent collection of fossilized insects. Magnifiyng glass installed to help you see the details. Some interesting pieces of craftsmanship (not that many). No Russian language texts. No car access which means walking more than 5 minutes in freezing cold in winter. Gift shop selection is next to none and overpriced at that.

Nice building, but meseum is very simple and modest. You can visit it for fun and if you have a lot of free time.

I enjoyed seeing huge ambers. The most impressive part was where you could see bugs or something traped inside the amber.

This place is really beautiful, has amazing huge park aroud. Park is so great that many people comes there to make photoshoots. Museum is really interesting, has huge collection of Baltic gold - amber. Visitors can see insects inside amber. Group of people can ask for a guide for additinal price.

I'm not a big fan of amber jewelry but I enjoyed seeing the museum, which was a former mansion. The views outside are beautiful and it is worth walking through the gardens and woods.

Nice new exposition with interesting stands. Even interesting fro small kids from 4 years old. Not too overcrowded. Beautiful park around, with rose garden and fountains.

In the forest, through the trees you will find a palace of old. A beautiful yet small building that houses period household items, art and the Amber Museum. This is not an expensive stop. The highlight for me was the flower gardens and the organic art being displayed throughout the park. I also enjoyed watching the young children at play.

In the middle of beatifull park. Easy to find and good location. Entrance price low. Just a few euros. Nice, clean museum, intresting old things, also other historical things than amber. I recommend.
