A nice break away place not far from Kaunas. Free parking, free entrance, stunning views. Go here on a dry sunny day and you won't be disappointed. The wooden walkway and unpaved paths can be slippery when wet.

One of the niciest places aroud Kaunas and have fun of nice day and beautiful nature. It is easy to walk and make nice pictures. The smell of trees aromas if the wind is right.

If you want to breath some fresh air and relax from the city, go here. It's not very close to Kaunas, you should have a car to visit this place (about 30 minutes drive from Kaunas). Take a walk on wooden path and enjoy the views. It's possible to go down to the river at the end of wooden path,... More

Nice wooden path, like in everglades national park in florida, with a nice view to bigest Lithuania river nemunas and a valley. Clean weather, a lot of green color. Hard to reach it's a car drive about 40 km from Kaunas, no public transport. Only one wooden carved sighn "Kadagiu Slenis" on the road, so dont miss it.

The view is breathtaking. Place is well looked after and it's interesting to take a walk. It would be useful to have more maps to say where the path is finishing because you can bump into the dead end quite quickly approx 20min walk. However will visit many times in the near future

Long way from Kaunas but it's worth it. Amazing view, nature all around and river. Perfect place for picnic, walk, jog or reading book.

I've seen a lot of nature paths in Lithuania. And this path is far away from best one. I think it is not worth 30 km. ride from Kaunas. There are few benches in this path, so you definitely meet some locals eating chips, drinking alcohol, shouting and laughing. Do not expect there to rest and relax. This place is... More
