The walking tour of the 134h century Castle and of the Old Town, once the Capital of Lithuania in the early 1900's, was very interesting. It was called the Little Paris at that time because of its rich cultural an academic life and its fine...More

Small but very interesting to visit, beautiful views and inexpensive. Recommended. A walk through the d town and then back for coffee make it viable whatever the weather. The park area would be a delight in summer.

Small castle, with some medieval equipment for tortures. If you have no time - you may skip visiting it.

The castle was lovated next to the river, nemun I think, but besides its nice location there's nothing else to talk about. Too small and boring. Sorry!!

The castle is not that cool - it's small and renovated - but the view of the rivers' confluence is. The park near the castle is green and calm and from there you can admire one of the most interesting murals of Kaunas.

As in Kaunas had to visit. As stated very small but well kept and worth 2.50 euros to go in. Lovely surroundings.

This is a pretty small castle and a fair bit of it is ruined. We did not go in as it was closed but I guess looking at the outside of it there would not be much in it!

The castle is beautiful, especially at night. Just don't expect a huge fortress, it is after all mostly a ruin.
