Small but very interesting to visit, beautiful views and inexpensive. Recommended. A walk through the d town and then back for coffee make it viable whatever the weather. The park area would be a delight in summer.

The castle is not that cool - it's small and renovated - but the view of the rivers' confluence is. The park near the castle is green and calm and from there you can admire one of the most interesting murals of Kaunas.
