This is a stunning building and a very very good restoration done. The only thing is after the exhibition on the restoration and industry of Slovakia. The wasn't much history of the building except landscape painting. I don't know why, who it was built for.

Just an easy drive from the centre, a good walk around castle ruins and walls. Beautiful views of the rivers. Very few people there so a relaxing time.

Hi, I'm not sure if you can book in advance but it any case it's never that busy. The ticket booth was empty when we went mid morning and will only take you a minute or so to buy tickets. Enjoy!
