From the moment you step foot in Bratislava, this castle is the thing you notice first of all. It is situated on a cliff overlooking the city. Especially the night when it is lighted properly, is very impressive. We did visit it on a cold...More

Despite what we had read in travel guides about skipping the museum portion of the castle, we found the collection to be quite wonderful. We planned to spend and hour inside, but ended up staying two hours to see everything. There are options to climb...More

We did the bus tour that stops at the castle for 30 minutes but that's not long enough. You could easily spend many hours here and on a nice day you could take a picnic.

The only thing there's is to see is the view of the river because the castle is completely empty. The souvenir shop is a nice one! It's a must see in Bratislava but not much to see!

Beautiful panoramic view of the city. The castle is huge and has beautiful facade and gardens. This is a must see in this underrated country.

Unfortunately I couldn't visit the indoor castle but the park around is awesome and the architectural structure majestic. (I went there in 2012 but I forgot to leave a feedback)
