This is a very well laid out ceramics gallery, with good lighting and descriptions in English. However, the attendants are very rude, and follow you around through the rooms, always standing behind you. This ruined the whole experience for me. I was the only guest...More

This is a fine museum of Margit Kovacs works, but I can't get too excited about pottery....even avant garde pottery.

It's a very interesting museum for a painter and sculpture artist that lived during the communist period in Hungary. The art reflects in an original manner the folk traditions.

Wonderful ceramics from an excellent artist. The collection is not too big, but you can have an idea, what Margit Kovács did. The sculptures are beautiful.

Really enjoyed going through this out-of-the-way museum! This woman was incredible; her ceramic art really makes you think and feel. I like her earlier work best.

I love ceramic art - and Margit Kovacs work is fascinating - she worked over so many years and was such a pineer. I enjoyed the pure beauty of some pieces, the uniqueness of others. I was accompanied by someone who is less interested in...More

We had a guided tour which made it easier to understand the artist. Her pottery is very unusual and one would have to have the right home and furniture to display any of her works, although it is quite likely that none of them are...More
