We enjoyed two different times for river boat cruises and were not disappointed with either. There is a lot to see along the river bank and the commentary on board helps to detail what the buildings are and the history.

Don't worry if you don't speak Hungarian -- you will be fine in this beautiful, clean cosmopolitan city. There is so much history on both sides of the Danube! All within walking distance, with good shoes.

We took a cruise along the Danube River. We saw some bridges : Margaret, Chain, Liberty & Elizabeth bridges. We sailed passed the stately Parliament House. The scene on both sides of the embankment is simply beautiful.
