Great value for money and well laid out with plenty to explore, enclosures are very spacious and the welfare of animals have been taken care off. We went in January so most animals spent most of their time in their pens rather than in the...More

one of the best places to visit in Budapest; be careful to allow at least 3-4 hours, otherwise you will be in a rush; try not to go in a sunny canicular day, shady palces are rare; don't miss the lemurs greenhouse, you'll be able...More

There is plenty to do here to fill a day in Budapest. Some good exhibitions and plenty of diversity in the animal's that they keep.

Hello! Are the Zoo and Botanical Garden separate? I'd love to see the Botanical Garden, but I'm not interested in the zoo, and it would be great if I could pay for one and not the other.

We spent the whole day in the zoo as it is HUGE and we still didn't get to do everything! It's well worth it though!
