As a musician, I love visiting different conservatories and academies of music, but the Liszt Music Academy shouldn’t be visited only by musicians. There is a guided tour through some venues of the Academy, such as the Chamber hall and the main concert hall. The...More

The building is outstandingly beautiful. Located off Andrassy Boulevard, it is a five minute walk from Oktagon station. We went to a chamber music concert in the main hall. The tickets, at less than £15 each, were very good value (second row of the stalls)....More

A do not miss attraction in Budapest. The building is a joy to the eyes and the music within is marvelous. If you can get tickets to a concert in the "big hall" do it! The decor is exquisite and the acoustics even more so.

We bought our tickets for the FL Academy at the Academy's box office the night of the performance we saw (just an hour ahead of time), and the prices were incredibly reasonable.
