May 6, the weather was great and our tour guide Lazlo(sp?) did a great job. Weaving through the chain bridge pedestrians was challenging. Also, climbing to the castle for inexperienced bikers could be tough. However, this was one of the best parts of our trip.

We did the 4,5 hour tour around Budapest. Was a nice way to get a feel for the city and an idea of what sights to see in more detail. Got a good and detailed explanation of all sights and a list of other sights to see. I highly recommend this tour.

This bike tour was a great introduction to Budapest and the city's history. You'll ride by all of the main sites where the guide will take a few minutes to explain the history.

The tour was nice and easy. We covered a good part of Budapest centre area. Guides are helpful and relax with the presentation (if you are freak for details and history don't expect a lot). Bikes are gopd, child seats are available

It was a very nice way to see Budapest. Highly recommendable. Our guide Laszlo was very nice and shared with us a lot of interesting facts about the city. If you are considering doing it - just don't think twice - do it :) It's fun!

Excellent tour! Excellent guide! Everything was perfect. This was my second time in Budapest and the first time biking here, but I will definitely come back again and have also a tour outside Budapest.

The arrangement was without any problems and what we have seen was great. Still, within this time frame one could have visited more, at least to show, where what can be found. It's been fun and definetelly a tour that can be recommended.

Took the afternoon tour. Dudapest is very easy to cycle around. Our guide (Martzin?) took us to all the bits we needed to see, Bikes were excellent - in good condition, decent quality, indexed gears etc.... much better than anything else we hired over the next few days from others. Gives you a great layout of the city, so best... More

It's a Ride with a guide, very easy, you don't need to be a pro cyclist to keep up, it's nice to discover places and local food ( a good goulash soup ). The view is great up in the castle's court, after you managed to climb. Best 4 hours in Budapest !

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
