nice walk

Nice walk along the river with lots of restaurants just steps away... A bit crowded, specialy during December, when there are lots of stals with different "christmas gifts..."

It shows, that Ljubljana is a university city. All along the Ljubljanica there are all kind of eateries, full with young people. It has got a very got atmosphere.

10th April 2016. This street borders the river and is lined with restaurants, bars, and cafes. Most were full of, mainly, youngsters when we strolled along here. It has a real buzz to it and is worth a wander if you are in the Old Town.

You can find this when you walk around rivers. There are many restaurants for coffee, beers, icecreams and good foods. It is pure joy to see many people relaxing seating along the river sides during walking. Also it would be good to try some pizza or coffee around it.

Walk beside the lovely river Ljubljanica and enjoy the feeling of this small capital. There are many nice restaurants and coffeterias next to it. Ljubljana is great :)

Everyone visiting Ljubljana should go for a coffee of beer here in the summer or on hot wine in the winter. You will love the atmosphere!

Dozens of restaurants, local inns, bars, ice cream sellers are set in one row. On the opposite side you have bank of Ljubljanica River. It is not long line from Three bridges (Tromostovje) to Cobbler’s Bridge. No museums, practically no shops. So it is nice when you are thirsty or hungry, when you want to meet people. Sometimes it is... More

This street runs along the north side of the Ljubljanica river. It's a good street to see the cobbler's bridge and the triple bridge. There's a nice small square with gold female statue (Ribji trg) Particularly interesting is a side street (Ključavničarska ulica) with a bronze fountain running the length of it. In the fountain our hundreds of small bronze... More

Yes a walk is nice and restful you may enjoy small shops and NYE arrangements of a town. Be sure to go to old town and to see the famous market. Do not forget to go to Zvezda caffe and enjoy some nice food as you go.
