Had a lovely time with Greta and her team. The horses were clearly well looked after and very freindly. My partner and daughter are novice riders but after a short led walk to get them comfortable it didn't take long for them to take control. We then walked down to the Soca River which was beautiful before being allowed to take the horses for a trot in an enclosed area. I was also allowed to tag along to take pictures too!

I've rarely seen anyone take care of her horses so well.. she takes so much care in seeing the world from their perspective, heartwarming!

Posestvo Blata is located in village Žaga and its primary activity are horses. Beautiful soroundings can be unforgeteble experience from the horse back. Soča river nearby and peacefull nature of Posestvo Blata is perfect for everybody who wants to relax in the company of horses.

We had two riders, one quite experienced and the other fairly inexperienced. Greta was nice and friendly and gave us a good ride along the Soca River. Because only one rider was experienced, the ride was not too ambitious. The horses were well cared for.

We we’re 2 adults with 2 kids 6 and 9 years old and we all enjoy the experience very much. Greta helped us to connect with the horses and explained about their nature and made us feel safe relaxed and that was fun!

Greta is a kind and skillful teacher, the horses are happy and well trained. My daughter went for a private class in the arena rather than an outdoor trip and learned much more in one hour than she would have learned at home in her riding school.

We organised a 9am ride for our family (3 inexperienced riders and our daughter 8 who can ride). It was fabulous! We all got to brush the horses, which was lovely, then my daughter had a private 30minute lesson before we all joined her for a trail. The girls who led the horses were friendly and nicely chatty, spoke amazing English!
We got beautiful photos of us riding the horses in the river in our phones and we all really enjoyed the ride.
The stables are pretty and spacious and you can tell the horses are really well cared for. So pleased we found this place.

Fantastic and competent team. Greta is just great: competent and emphatic. After bad experiences in german riding schools Greta was finally able to give me joy and safety in riding during a trip and later riding lessons. The horses are well looked after. Thanks for this great experience, Greta. always my pleasure!

I would give 6 stars if this was possible. The stable owner Greta was amazing person who took great care of us. The riding experience was fantastic and it it safe for also beginners. I had my 10 year old daughter with me who had only once been on a horse earlier. Now we did safely this 45-min riding and she loved every second of it! I highly recommend everyone to try this experience even without any earlier experience with horses. The scenery is mind-blowing, even the stable yard itself is very beautiful. Greta takes good care of you, and will make your experience perfectly tailored for your needs.

We had such an incredible experience exploring the soča river on horseback! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the horses very well trained and healthy, and the overall experience was excellent value for money. As an added bonus, Greta took the time to teach us about the horses (brushing, mounting the saddle, the reigns etc) which was very interesting. Would highly recommend this place!
