As the only island in Slovenia, it is worth visiting this place. That said, there is so much more to discover in the chapel or taking a walk around the island

We took an old fashioned pletna boat over to the island and then walked up the 99 stairs to the church and shop areas. The views are very beautiful, especially of Castle Bled.
