Although attractive enough from the outside, the simple edifice belies the richly ornate interior, the eye is constantly drawn to another detail. Even more impressive is the fact that, in a city that was nearly completely razed to the ground during WWII, St Anne's survived...More

Lovely church. From the outside we almost didn't go. The inside is stunning so glad we did. Even if you're not into churches you'll not regret a visit.

The most richly decorated church in Warsaw, St Anne's stands out in all its glory and beauty. The decoration is just breathtaking and beautiful and we hope to go to mass there and experience the full majesty of a service there.

This church is just on the edge of the Castle Square and is beautiful inside and outside. There is a viewing tower. The chandeliers are huge.

Visited the church during a recent visit to Warsaw. It's a beautiful church which is undergoing renovations on the outside at present. There is a shrine to Pope John Paul II and Chopin's heart is interred in the church.

We were amazed at how full the church was on Sunday. They had a mass every hour and the place was packed. If you are there on a Sunday, you will not be able to tour because of services.

We stopped in the morning and there was a billboard advertising a concert for later same afternoon. The concerts are held daily, 2pm, last for 30 minutes and worth attending. The organ music just soars, a beautiful place to listen to Chopin and several other...More

This church is not particularly interesting on the exterior; however, the interior is quite nice, even though it is not the most fantastic of European churches. What is surprising is how much is original considering the history of Warsaw in WWII.
