The rebuilding of the town square, sadly destroyed in WW2 has been tastefully done and thoroughly deserves the Unesco heritage rating. There is a fair bit to see here and in the locale. To really soak up the atmosphere, take one of the seats around...More

That colourful beautiful square always seems to amaze me no matter how many times I’m there! Shows what’s Poland is all about with atmosphere, great food and drink and stunning architecture!!!!! My Scottish husband absolutely loved it!!!!!!!!!

Great place to hang out with so much beautiful sights around and cafes where it is fund to watch people enjoying beer by tonnes. Lovely people and great food.

We spent most of our time downtown in this square, many tourists and cafes and the whole fanfare, the highlight in the old town.

Small, cosy, almost as nice as Prague or other CEE old towns. Unhappily, to much o do around. Most probably, once in the life ok, dont know if I need to come back every summer.

Its not an open air market. Restaurants are open late and some tourist shops are open pretty late.
