I was in Poland with my sisters for a week and we came here 3 times. All times we had a blast. A lot of foreigners every time. Music is good and people were very nice and friendly with us. Not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews but my experience was great. I recommend!

I was inside one time and second time (wearing same type of clothes) I wasn't allowed to enter due to etiquette reasons (that surprisingly changed from one week to another). The treatment and courtesy of staff at the entry isn't brighting much. Inside the place is ok with three main dance floors (two "latino" and one international disco/pop/rock). Music and mixing is nothing special and some hits are clearly missing. Inside was very crowd and I would say over the allowed capacity but no major problems.
My main concern is the mafia approach of the staff at the entry that leads them to arbitrarily decide who enters and who not without serious or strong grounds. Luckily for them this things (abolished in many EU MS long ago) can happen in Poland without major consequences for the club (in my country for the same reasons you might be fined by a Court or an Administrative Authority for not displaying admission rights criteria to customers)

Buenos dias! Gracias for the review. Sorry we weren't able to provide you with a 5 star experience. You are correct and we try to advertise that we are not a strict "Latino club" and try to write everywhere that we have some events with more "Latin" themed music but that on average we play only about 30-70% of "Latin" and "Latin" influenced music, depending on the dance floor. You are also correct that this private venue has a private entrance policy that includes things like adherence to dress policy, such as not permitting sports clothes or admitting intoxicated people. We don't know of any venues anywhere in Europe that don't have similar policies. Our entrance policy is available on a sign posted next to the line and in several places inside. In this policy we explain that we don't have to provide reason for denying entrance, as this is a private venue, and this is more out of care for our guests, so that we don't need to tell them they are dressed poorly or are too drunk so that they are not embarrassed in front of other guests in the queue. But we strive to improve the experience for every guest, so please shoot us an email if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our offer and service. We hope you will give us another chance. It's a pity that such a beutiful club would be spoiled by some As***les of the staff.
I mean, really good vibes going on there, and the dj rocked, but the kids at the cloackroom and the tall and fat bodyguard were really disappointing.
I've been there twice, cause i really liked the club, and i put up doing 1h of queque (thanks to the laugh made with locals) but once there i was about to be kicked off because they didn't let me take my phone from my jacket. I had to do the queue one more time just because their sissy stupid attitude.
Please fire them lol.

The place is nice and spacious because it has three rooms, one of which is a smoker and three bars so you can avoid too many lines but the cocktails are made cheaply, they measure alcohol before pouring it, creating as well as incredible slowdowns in service, customer dissatisfaction. To get an extra drop you have to pay double, or €16 for a gyn tonic!
The most serious thing, however, is the music, in both rooms there is a mixed commercial strata music, without a direction, nor a selective logic. The music is dated, at least 15 years ago and there is no distinction between the two halls. What sense would it make to call a local Cuban theater when you Latin there is nothing at all?? Not even the people who work there! At least one of the halls should retain a Latin identity for people who want to dance salsa or reggaeton even if it's Saturday.

To say that entering the club yesterday was a tragedy would be an understatement. No light, electricity, music, no refund for tickets, impossible to talk to the manager to get a refund for the ticket (we were not informed about the failure, the music didn't play, not even for a second). Additionally - the service is terrible, and you are on the so-called gatekeepers, including security, should not work with people because they do not have even the minimum level of culture.

I would like to inform anybody reading this to avoid this nightclub at all costs!!! TEATRO CUBANO WARSAW
First of all I would like to say that they charge more than they should for entry, drinks and let in more people than the club can hold to the point where it’s very uncomfortable and you can’t move!
I was in this club on the 19th Of February, it was a Saturday night.
I was with my friend, it came to the end of the night when we wanted to leave and go home, we were walking down the stairs to leave the club, when I was walking down the stair I tripped up and fell down(by accident as I was wearing boots) I got up immediately and I was in shock of course as I have just fell and I was sore,my nose was bleeding when I got up and instead of helping me and seeing if I was ok by the staff, I got attacked and abused by the security guard. He started pulling my hair, chocking me and grabbing me. I started crying for him to leave me alone and he wouldn’t let me go, he was very aggressive hitting me and saying horrible words to me calling me names etc. He attacked me and abused me so bad I have lots of bruises all over my full body, I can barely move. I am only 22 years old and he was elderly at least 20 years older than me. I would urge everybody to avoid this club as I am not the first person this has happened to there is lots of other reviews and complaints online of people that this has happened to before, I am still in shock and can’t come to terms with what happened. This club should not be opened and the security guards shouldn’t be able to work ever!!!

I visited twice in October 2022 with a group of friends and had a rather mediocre experience on both occasions. The bar staff was nice, but the club goers can be rough. The ratio of men who go there is far higher than women almost to the point of being a sausage party. Some of the women who were in attendance were rude and potentially racist. I also encountered the opposite experience with security from a group of belligerent guys who followed me out of the smoking area with almost no bouncer presence.
Consider this to be a dive place and only go if you are prepared for conflict.

Agressive staff.
I was walking with international friends in the crowd, then someone pushed me violently. i tourned around to see what was happenning, and the guy was just front of my head. He pushed his forhead toward mine and when he saw that i didnt get afraid he started to push me again. He was a bouncer so they kicked me out. Outside, his friends yelled at me in polish to f*ck off (i speak polish also), while i was wearing only a shirt, and there was 3°C outside. After some time they proposed (so kind) to take my key to bring my things from the locker.
That was awesome, amazing eperience.

I've been beaten and treated with gas after I left for medicine and wanted to get in. Gut told me ok it's fifty but entrance was free so I had and argue I need at least go for my stuff, than he sprayed my face from very close, 3 days of treatment. My clothes are gone, I told them I'm allergic to capsaicine and I was choking - they kicked me on a ground.

I was in this club december 12th having fun with friends when a guy from the security came to me, told me something in Polish which I don't understand and one second later he was choking me and dragging me out the club. Once outside another security guy sprayed my eyes up with a pepper spray, when I asked them what I did they sprayed me again! I say "I did nothing wrong!" And they sprayed me again for the third time ! My jacket was still inside, when I wanted to go back get it they kicked me Then they called the police on me, when the police came I told them the story just like I'm telling you now and I asked them several times to ask the nobel prices from the security why they chocked me out the club. They didn't. Then they left. Once again, I did nothing wrong! Hello,
In the context of Covid-19, we learned on Friday 13/03/2020 afternoon that all shops were closing in Warsaw, thanks to local providers. Being French, the same evening we decided to cancel the whole trip, unfortunately. While in the morning we always thought we would leave the next day. So we wanted to immediately cancel our service on Saturday evening 14/03: VIP Express entry with Open Bar for the hottest party in Warsaw. x6 people.
Unfortunately the Tripadvisor site was saturated all evening, and especially the reset of the forgotten password did not work, despite the multiple attempts. The password reset email only arrived on Monday March 16.
Can you therefore reimburse us for the 6 tickets, obviously not used?
