An interesting museum depicting a bit of Poland’s history that is widely known about. The museum is a little bit out the way but easily accessible on the metro. Having not known a lot about the Warsaw uprising I found this museum very interesting. It’s...More

This was a fantastic museum. It is done very well with a full size bomber hanging from the ceiling. I went there on a Sunday. It was free. So get there early. It is highly educational

A vital part of the history of Warsaw and Poland and the Second World war. A word class museum. You'll need 3 hours here. A lot of reading. Maybe take the audio guide.

This museum chronicles the damage done to the city and people of Warsaw during World War 2. This was both moving and frightening. The photos are graphic, not sure the age limit of children should be to go there. It is a difficult period, but...More

If you want to know about Polish history and the courage of the Polish people this tells the story very well.

We visited on New Years' Eve, which I understand was probably not the best day, but we found it to be a little disorganised, with the staff not terribly bothered with helping us. We were unable to get any audio guides as the desk was...More

This museum was recommended by family and well worth the visit. It drives home the impact this event had on the people of Warsaw/Poland and their fighting spirit. It takes much longer to go through than we thought. Plan to spend several hours if you...More

It was a very impressive museum on the history of the city. But I do not advice this museum to sensitive people. It has hard photos (but it is possible to avoid most of them)

The collection that this museum has on display is incredible and the story they are telling is both inspiring and moving. However, to make the ambience match the topic, the whole place is dark and gloomy, so much so that more than half of the...More

Visited the museum on a cold winters day and was shocked at the size of the museum and how in-depth and interesting the exhibits were. Easy to follow the route around the museum and gives you a walk through the lives and times from the...More

HI, sorry I just noticed the question. Did not look wheelchair friendly, lots of narrow passages, some stairs, however there may be elevators etc. I didn't pay attention to that aspect.
