The Park Cytadela is a sprawling park with the centre of Poznan. You can spend hours walking around enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. There are also many places within the park to visit from its past! The War cemetery is interesting to wander around...the war museum...More

What a lovely park to stroll through. I went twice and barely scratched the surface on the amount of statued and monuments. Very well kept.

Spent a few hours walking around citadel park, lots of cool sculptures & old war architecture & equipment ,be a really cool place to spend time in the summer months, well worth a visit

Decided to visit when we read that the 'Great Escape' soldiers were buried here. It's well worth a visit for that reason alone. What really surprised us was a wonderful cafe that had a very chilled out area playing lovely music and had song birds...More

If you like to walk, the Cytadela Park is the best way if you want to enjoy some history of Poznan. You can see for free some of tanks from WWII and read more about it over the web.
