beautiful catheredal.visited it as part of a walking tour via market square tourist office.guide was very good in detailing history of cathedral in overall history of poland.a visit to the vault/crypt is a must

I read about Poznan before we arrived and I was happy to visit the Cathedral.....and the devotion of the polish people in the Cathedral is imposible to forget

Beautifully restored old Basilica. Do not miss the basement where you can see the foundation walls of the old city and where 2 of Poland's kings were buried!

Incredible connection between Gothic and Baroque. The most important are Golden Chapel and tombs of first Polish kings. Nice place to calm down.
