Nice to visit

enjoy walking to the Island from the main town centre, it is only a short distance. The churches are amazing and the Tumski bridge is well worth a visit.

Pretty buildings, charming little parks and cobbled streets make up the Ostrow Tumski old town. We had a nice walk, visited St. John's and finished off with coffee and pancakes at Love & Chocolate near the Tumski Bridge. Very nice walk.

Probably the nicest thing we saw in our time. Spectacular once going dark. If you get there at dusk you might see the man lighting the gas lamps over in the area.Just a lovely lovely experience.

It is very pretty part of Wrocław. I strongly recommend for everyone. You can find there a beaytuful view to admire as well as some great place to sit, eat and watch the world go by.

The whole area, including the churches, is a must to visit when in Wroclaw. The walk along the river leading to Tumski bridge, the bridge itself, the road from there up to the cathedral lined with historic buildings, and inside the cathedral are so beautiful and interesting.

Walked through on a chilly and fresh November sunny Sunday. Amazing to do so, the place has a great atmosphere, even for a heathen such as myself. The don't half build 'em big, in Poland. Full of history, throughout, and beautifully restored little area. Carry on round past the Seminary (which is a beautiful building) round to the Botanical gardens... More

Lovely interesting area to wander around - lots of churches. Go at dusk to see the lamplighter light the gas lanterns.

Beautiful buildings, a great afternoon trip with the family. Go to the top of the cathedral for gorgeous views of the city.
