Royal gate left to its own devices in the middle of the busy street. Well worth a visit and a grand monument to take pictures of.

One of the few remains of former city fortifications. Today it's only peculiar looking building in central reservation of very busy street. The interior is now taken by pub "Brama Jazz Cafe" when you can cool down yourself in historic circumstances. The mentioned central reservation overgrown with trees is another way of cooling down, but only if you don't mind the noise from literally surrounding street traffic.

It is worth the walk to see this beautiful gate. Situated in the middle of the street it now houses a cafe with many sweets to choose from. A nice bonus when visiting.

Worth the walk to find it. Located around all the other sites to see. A guide is helpful to provide context for the site.

Situated right in the middle of a street the Royal Gate fits remarkably well. The fact that there is a small cafe is a plus as one can buy some sweets. The building is in good condition and let us hope it stays this way.

Always worth a visit to have some truffles, pralines or drink a shot of liquid chocolate - yum!
For the dark and not too sweet chocolate lovers I recommend the French truffle or Extra Bitter praline.

Walking around the city I stumbled across this gate looks pretty building wise, a small cafe behind it and a skatepark to the right looking straight on. You can wonder down to waly chrobroie from here by turning right at the big white building for more beautiful buildings.
