Hi Stephanie, If you are in Leba just go near the seaside (5 min walk from center). Here you will find lots of electric cabs willing to take you to the Dunes. No need to book in advance. Consider that you will have to pay once from Leba to the entrance of the protected area, then from here to the dunes. If you arrive directly to the protected area, you will also find electric cabs, they travel each 20 minutes, again no need to bok in advance, just go there. Hope it helps.
