One of our must see visits. Quite an eerie atmosphere inside the crypt. Interesting information about the brothers history displayed around the tombs. Beautiful detailing on the burial costume in the first chamber. Self guided and easy to walk around.

Visited this site and had a really thought provoking visit. The care and respect given to the departed was obvious. Artifacts were well displayed and the detail of the exhibits was very detailed. Well worth a visit, and good value.

If you are visiting Brno, you definitely should pop into the Capuchin Monk Crypt. This vault has been open to visitors for a long time and is very memorable for those who visit. It is a small museum so you only need 30 minutes to...More

It's a crypt, under the ground. Easy to find, and tickets are not so expensive. Located in the city centre, not far from the main square.

Strange to see the bodies of the monks lying on the ground. But worth a visit all the same. It is worth spending 15-30 minutes here

For those that have seen mummys in Egypt or in museum, this is an ok experience. Otherwise it was not necessarily anything spectacular. The town center and cathedral close by were more interesting to us.

We went on a normal business day in a normal hour and it was closed without any sign and nothing there is written in English. We didn't understand and other tourists were equally startled.
