Hi, and thanks for your question. Tour 4 Charity is currently averaging approximately 10 people/group. On days that we have 15 or more bookings, we bring in a second guide to split the groups and keep them small and personal. More

15 euro per person which is donated to charity. You will be invited to leave a tip, which is what the guide works for.
