A must see. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. The colors of the stained glass are unlike any I have ever seen. Certain areas are off limit unless you do the tour but you see a lot without the tour. Absolutely beautiful

This place is wonderful and is as pretty as some other cathedrals that I have seen over the years in other cities.

Pragua has hundreds of churches. Visit them and just see this from the outside. Tip...go to Kutna Hora and visit St. Barbara s cathedral, they build it to compete St.Vitus and I think it won!

One of the must do’s. An impressive church especially as the light dips illuminating the ceiling through the stained glass windows. After the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona any Cathedral or church was going to struggle to impress but enjoyed the experience none the less.

This was my first stop in the castle, a large, stunning cathedral with so much to see. A must for anyone with interest in architecture and history.

The cathedral has some black stains on its walls on the exterior, showing that there were no reparation works for a long time. In spite of this, consider visiting the interior, which looks much better.

Well worth seeing....great photos! You can go inside without a ticket, but only with the ticket can you go all the way to the front of the church.

Your experience in Prague will never be complete if
you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched
from the west to the north, provide spectacular views
of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone
streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green
gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses.
Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history.

Sorry for the delay in responding. You do not need to have any special garments to tour the Cathedral, however I do recommend being respectful of such a beautiful destination. If you are doing other segments of tours that... More
