You can't come to Prague without visiting Charles Bridge! It really is one of the main features and although we didn't get to see this lit up at night, It was still beautiful on a sunny afternoon. The view of the city was spectacular

It is a lively place with vendors and musical acts. It can seem crowded but there was always a place where we could stand to the side and take unobstructed pictures.

Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most
beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled
underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the
Kings route taken by future kings on their way to
coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing
Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral.
Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque
medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch

on the city side of the bridge, if you walk right in a straight line it'll take you to the docks :) there's a ticket stand on the main road, on another bridge.
