Quaint little boat ride and interesting tour

We managed to catch the last boat of the day at around 5.15, which meant we saw Prague from the water both in the light and in the dark over the sunset. The boats are lovely, the... read more

Easy to find departure adjacent to the St. Charles Bridge. Just make sure you purchase the boat ticket upstairs in the museum prior to going down the stairs to board the boat. Frequent service even during off season. 45 minute river/canal tour in heated boat with complimentary beverages & Czech gingerbread. Your boat ticket also doubles as admission to the... More

We managed to catch the last boat of the day at around 5.15, which meant we saw Prague from the water both in the light and in the dark over the sunset. The boats are lovely, the dock is very quaint, and the drink and snack they give you before departing are a nice addition. Our guide was a rather... More

Since we could not go through canal it was boring and i could just walk by river to see stuff that we saw from boat... However, the guide was soooo nice and informative.

This attraction offers a unique tour of the Charles Bridge and the Vltava River via an authentic wooden Prague gondola. Trips are a little overpriced, but quite romantic at night. The narration was excellent and very informative. The staff are really enthusiastic about what they do and you are assembled into boats that match your language. Tours leave from under... More

I have to go on a boat trip wherever we go and this one also offered a trip on the 'canal' as well as complementary coffee/beer/soft drinks and gingerbread. Our commentary was in English & French. Due to the weirs on the river it cannot travel too far up & down, mainly concentrating around the Charles Bridge. Very informative and... More

Seemed like a short trip but was very interesting and informative. We had a very nice English 'skipper' who engaged with everyone on the boat and had a great knowledge of the czech history.

Had a lovely tour up and down the river in a small river boat. Tours run in different languages, we were joined by an enthusiastic, self-taught English speaking fellow who told us about all the buildings up and down the river including lots of history of the city (and hand-out pictures of old prague for comparison) . Drinks and snacks... More

I don't leave bad reviews people so RUN AWAY from them. I don't even know where to start because I just get so angry for throwing my money away. You get the "offer" of a free beverage and a snack and you might think that it's a huge opportunity but NO. The quality of everything is AWFUL. Food?Awful. The guide?Awful.... More

This boat tour is fab! My partner and myself wanted something a bit different to the standard boat tour and this was perfect, old style boat, free beer, soft drinks and snacks and a detailed explanation of everything, they have about 5 boats which all have a different language so you are put in the appropriate one. Would definitely recommend!

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
