This place is located outside Prague city and as the name suggests is a natural reserve. We were however disappointed by the lack of directions, the unnatural path and lack of any activity that can be done in the place. If one wants to go...More
Reading other reviews we thought we'd give it a try but were a bit disappointed. It's an ok walk around the northern section of the park but stay away from the lake because its not great. The path along the main road is fairly crappy....More
It is my favourite place to go when I feel too overwhelmed with the busy and noisy life in Prague. I recommend this place if you want to clear your mind and have a little time to relax. I also visit the swimming pool in...More

There are parts of the track that are flat, there will be a few steps to walk down at the beginning and you'll see where other paths lead off to higher terrain so just avoid these. There were a few bicycles coming through at times so just be weary to keep alert with them coming past. It's still a beautiful place to be. From memory there were a couple of benches and places to sit on the way. Not too sure about the swimming pool, apologies.
