it is located at the main town square where the plague coloum it. before you walk around it is wise to get all the info at this centre. next to the town hall.

Located in the Municipal building, the center is a good source of information, there are many brochures in several languages one can pick up, advising of latest cultural events of giving historical info, city center map can be picked up from the counter. Public toilets are located in the hallway outside, only 2 for the ladies, had to stand in line. I happened to notice a cute water sculpture across the hall, through a glass door, so I went exploring. Going up a beautiful modern staircase a found the original statues from the Municipal building on the first floor Wisdom, Prudence, Courage and Justice.

There is not too much information, what you can get. I got a map, which was full of numbers - usually these numbers mean there is something to see - on this map you just had the numbers without any explanation.
One my question what is the most exiting to see in the city - the simple answer was: the main square.
