We were recommended to do this attraction and despite knees complaining were surprised how easy it was after getting to the bottom and back. Great to take in the view from the bottom after seeing it from above earlier. It can be unsafe if you...More

You get to the entrance via the gardens of La Case Del Ray Moro. Lots of windy steps to go down. There are hand rails for most of it and about half of it is wet from the leaking water. Nothing much to see at...More

5 Euro entry fee is for the gardens and the mine. The garden is not worth visiting. The mine is nothing more than a dark cave with a large number of steps to go down on an unsafe staircase. I do not understand the rating...More

Interesting and physical long climb down old steps into the old mine of the gorge. Well worth doing.

Many steps down to the river - steep and slippery but worth the trip. The steps are cut into the walls of the gorge

The mine (and the river view) itself is pretty impressive but the safety features are severely lacking: Handrails falling off, unmaintained floors, puddles everywhere. Make sure you wear non-slip shoes and hold onto the handrails for dear life.

The Gardens are a miss...not much to see in July, were dry and uncared for. The staircase was interesting but such poor safety..stairs were wet in places, handrails were rickety and falling off and made me wonder how paramedics would get down to carry out...More

This was a fun and interesting site in Ronda. Walking down and back up the 200 steps is a good workout and definitely worth it. The story behind the mina is interesting and it's a neat way to go down into the gorge. It's also...More
