Well worth the drive to Dundas , Nice gallery with a variety of local and regional artists. Try to take in the local waterfalls as well. The Deluxe restaurant is still good to go to.

The Carnegie Gallery offers a welcoming display of art created mostly by local artists. A host of art genres are represented and the collections are rotated on a routine basis. The staff/volunteers are very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any of your questions. The Gallery often features a specific artist and will present a collection of their work. The cost... For a small town like Dundas to have a big city gallery like Carnegie is quite an accomplishment. But them Dundas is home to an extraordinary number of fine artists such as Deborah Doran (pottery), Lorraine Roy (textiles), and Marcela Prikryl (portraiture), amongst many, many others. It is a delight to visit, and then to wander around the town of... More

Dont miss the CARNEGIE GALLERY when you are in the Hamilton area. it has a lovely selection of hand made art created by local artists. I appreciated the advice of the picture framing gallery downstairs, too.

I live in Dundas and visit the Gallery quite often. The Gallery is small but full of treasures. It hosts all kinds of art exhibitions, displayes pottery, jewelry, wood carvings, paintings, handmade fancy dolls and much more. There is something new and interesting, always of a high artistic level. Each visit is a delight. It's a great place to shop... More

This gallery has been around for many years and it is located in a beautiful building. Lots of local talent shown to be purchased and artisan work for sale. Beautiful one of a kind jewellery, scarves etc. Worth a visit and downtown Dundas is quite pretty.

The Carnegie Gallery is a great little gallery. It is located in an original Carnegie library with a bright addition. The collections vary month to month featuring local artists. There is always something of interest for everyone.

A fabulous assortment of local artists' and artisans' works, housed in the town's historic old Carnegie Library building. Something for everyone, with frequent shows by talented locals.
