Pretty great.

Good for beginners. We weren't able to climb both mountains and visit the caves as we were too tired already but it was definitely fun.

Tagged with a difficulty level of 2/9 by the PinoyMountaineer site, Mt. Manalmon's summit (at 196 MASL) can be reached within an hour or two. Most people do a twin peak dayhike, the other mountain being the famous Mt. Gola that peeks behind most summit photos of hikers of Mt. Manalmon. You must also try spelunking through the Bayukbok caves,... More

This is very ideal for beginners. The hike is not much of a hassle since there were guides helping us. We conquered Mt. Manalmon and Mt. Gola since it can be done in a dayhike.

Visiting Mount Manalmon was interesting. To reach the jump off, you had to cross a charming hanging bridge. Alternatively, you may also choose to be more adventurous and cross the river via the monkey bridge. The hike begins with a short briefing with the guide from the community. Our guides were the very kind and supportive, Kuya Joseph and Kuya... More

Mountain climbing beginners looking for an all-in-one experience should definitely go to Mt. Manalmon. Situated in Sitio Madlum, San Miguel, Bulacan, it is only 2 hours away from Manila with various options for adventures — cable crossing, mountain trekking, spelunking, river plunging and rappelling! Upon arrival, we were immediately faced with two choices: cross the monkey bridge or ride the... More

If you are new to hiking, do not hesitate to climb this mountain. The trail is good for a beginner like me and you will be rewarded with an awesome view in its peak. But during the rainy season, you have to be careful because the trail is extra slippery. It was raining hard when we went there but we... More

This is a very exciting place to visit in San Miguel Bulacan. BUT I recommend to be extra cautious and make sure you are with an experience guide who knows the place inside and out. You can go by more than one option to start from. There is also a river, the Madlum River and this is very unpredictable. This... More

A good mountain to climb for beginners, the number 1 problem would be the hot temperature since this mountain has few trees. When you reach the top, all the hardship will be worth it. The view of the river and the mountains is fulfilling. Tips: do the hike as early as you could to avoid heat and wear comfortable light... More

Beautiful place with very nice people manning the place! Guides are mandatory not just to guide visitors but to make sure the area is not vandalized and no waste materials are left behind. The place is ideal for climbers and nature enthusiasts as there are lots of activities to do (hiking, climbing, spelunking and swimming). The height of Mt. Manalmon... More

Our adventure moment in Mt. Manalmon...it's simple... This has been an inspiring place and it was full of excitement, packed with much thrill and adrenaline! You climb, crawl, swim, ride, explore, everything! Tired but happy! That's adventure! Thank you Dear GOD for this wonderful experience.
