We had to visit the Welsh National Memorial Park as our town had raised the most money to help build it. We absolutely love it! It is positioned perfectly and the dragon is beautiful! Well be back again soon.

This is a beautiful, moving memorial to the Welsh soldiers who fought and died nearby. I felt proud to be Welsh.

It's a lovely memorial on the side of the road for the Welsh soldiers that fell here. And, if you are not expecting it, really quite a nice surprise!

next to the main road you see this magnificent Red Dragon standing proud , they took some of the heaviest loses in the first battle which had a huge effect back home , where families lost the next generation to this war and farms struggled.

This is a wonderful tribute to Welsh soldiers who fought and died in the area. I don't believe that there is a similar memorial anywhere else. It is extra special the famous Welsh poet Hed Wyn is buried near by. Across the road from the...More
