Sheltered by the Noosa headland this makes the main beach great for kids as the water is usually pretty smooth. Gets a bit busy at peak times and for parking get there early!

You've heard the rumors. The locals want to keep this a secret. Too late... its out.... Noosa Main Beach is absolutely a great family beach. Golden sands, patrolled swimming areas, walking distance to food and restaurants. Worst thing - parking!

Wow...what a beach. Lovely to walk along during the day or in the early evening after a day by the pool.

Beautiful spot but very busy and over crowded. Not much parking nearby, but if you can get in early it is well worth it

We’ve not stayed long on the beach as my son isn’t to keen on sand, however from Our short visits we really enjoyed the cleanliness, easy accessible public showers and toilets at the surf club, and the lifeguard patrolled swimming area. We were there during...More
