We had meetings here across two days and the venue was terrific. The staff were very helpful and the café catering was excellent. We stayed at the Sebel just across the road so perfect.

Sailing museum is closed (no longer exists). However the cafe is still there and reasonable for a cup of coffee if the dockside areas are busy.

Was very interesting looking at the old boats & the history of the whaling fleet. Saw this place in 2011, it was well set up. Yes the coffee was a nice surprise, food not bad either.

We would have liked to look around the Sailing museum but it was closed on the Friday/Saturday that we were there and looked like it had been abandoned. Pity as would have been a great tourist attraction. Very Disappointed.

We all know what the hump day is but here they really reward you for the middle of the week, a coffee for only $2.00, that is a real bargain!!
