This is our second time visiting this beach. The water is calm, no wave. There are even lap swimming lanes jus off th e shore. Good place for kids with ideal sand for making sand castles.

Lovely views. Great cycle and hiking path that stretches for many kilometres. Cafe and parking. Great caravan park. Some of the beaches are okay for swimming but it is often windy. Look out for the parakeets and wrens along the walk.

Emu Point sits at the northern most end of Middleton beach and overlooks Mt MartinBotanical reserve. There is a small park, a pleasant white sand beach on the southern side and a boating area to the north plus a restaurant.
