Best lambs fry and bacon I’ve ever had but the management seriously need to repair the torn seats and worn tables, not good enough for a pub in this part of the world! Expected better decor in this iconic pub.

In between an average & very good. I'd rate it good. Recently attended for a casual work lunch with colleagues. Menu is good old fashioned grub, however a little heavy handed with their descriptions, don't get sucked in by these! But the food was nice...More

Call me old school but a pub used to be where you got bangers and mash with a pint for a price that made you go back a few times a week. At 30 bucks it misses the p(o)int!

Nothing all that special, though does have a nice beer garden, and while at first it looks as if it is only basic beers, if you hunt around you can find some crafts.

Great place for small or large groups, the food is fresh and always yummy Large serves so go for the half serves if not big eaters
