The smell of the eucalyptus trees hit you as you wander through this beautiful reserve. The elevated boardwalks get you up close but it's not intrusive on the fuzzy little koalas. The cost is great for the space and there's a nature walk where we spotted a few wallabies and native birds. It's pram friendly also.

Fun day to wander around the bush spotting the wildlife. Saw koalas up close. A male koala bellowed and moved to another branch, cool.

The cashier at the ticket desk was absolutely nasty. Refused to provide consession ticket to a 70 years old lady travelling with us on grounds that she had overseas documents. Absolutely disgracefull. To top it all we've seen 3 koalas all throughout the park and the maintenance guy was drilling and scaring wildlife off. Absolute dissapointment.

Amazing insight to the amazing work that Phillip Island Nature Parks and volunteers are doing in creating wildlife corridors on the island. The Koala Conservation Centre has informative information on koalas and the surrounding landscape. The centre has 2 "display" enclosures - enclosed areas with visitor boardwalks with the possibility of a koala sitting close to the boardwalk. Then walk... More

This was a very interesting place to see some Koalas up close. We got the extra add on when we bought the Penguin Parade tickets. You don't get to touch the animals here and some of them are high in the trees, but all in all it was an interesting hour or so.

Got there fairly early, so were ahead of the crowds. Gave us a chance to see animals up close. Most of the Koala were snoozing up trees but the walkway is up in the air so the Koala are quite close. Its a lovely place to wander around mostly in the trees but very humid. We were fortunate to see... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here as we got there when it opened at 10am and had the place to ourselves. Managed to get up close and personal (within a few feet) with 7 koalas (the keepers only spotted 6!). It's a nice place to wander around as well. Returned later as we were passing and our tickets were valid... More
