Visited on a Great Ocean Road tour, it wasn't what I was expecting! A stunning drive up to here and such a beautiful rainforest, lots of varieties of fungi, a nice path which leads you around. Plenty of parking.

The walk is a bit steep and a few stairs in places but the waterfall at the end was excellent. Lovely walking around.

We visited as part of an organised tour, but you can just as simply walk round on your own. you will not get lost i assure you, as the path is very easy to follow. Parking is free and plentifull.

We stopped to do this short walk on our way along the Great Ocean Road. It was so peaceful to spend some time in the rain forest, so close to the coast. Easy, well-maintained trails made for a delightful walk.

The walk we did at Maits Rest was amazing. So many different trees and information was really good to read. Definitely recommended to people who love bush walks

How beautiful just being around incredible trees & fernery. Chilly get rugged up in winter!! Still plenty of tourist buses in winter (school holidays when we went) I can only imagine how busy it is in warmer months.
