Great collection of memorabilia of days gone by, not just about the goldmines. Well worth the 2 hour stroll to take in all the museum has to offer. A credit to all the volunteers, they do a magnificent job 7 days a week. Lovely cafe...More

Took the kids here and spent quite a few hours here. They loved looking at all the old fashioned things but absolutely loved gold panning for real gold. Definitely worth a visit.

We spent a couple of hours here as there is a lot to see. Well presented museum it is worth the visit. To be able to understand the gold era here and the towns previous history. The cafe was good too.

Had a great time overhere. It was fun to pan your own gold which you can take home afterwards. Futher a lot of historical artifacts which are in a pretty good shape with good information. Must see even you are in gympie! 😀
