A must visit when doing the Blue Mountains. If you feel daring stand in the middle of the cable car when the floor goes from opaque to clear and look straight down

First things first : the park is embedded in a fantastic piece of nature. Stunning eucalyptus trees in a beautiful valley is what you can expect. As such it is a bit sad that this piece of nature is overwhelmed with plastic dinos together with...More

Loved everything here. As we were staying in katoomba we were able to get here early and visit everything before it got really busy. Glad we were able to do this it would not have been so enjoyable

Such a well organised family business. We visited with an elderly relative, who was able to enjoy the amazing scenery due to the 3 different means of getting about.

Seemed a bit pricey on entry - but the views are a once in a lifetime thing. Sttepest railway in the world is good as are the other 2 rides. Not a long stop but worth doing once.

Hi, forget about all the pricey explorer hop-on-hop-off buses. After getting off at Katoomba station, just take a 1 min walk to a bus stand at Carrington Place on Katoomba Street. A regular bus No.686 (A$2.50) will take you... More

You have to pay at Scenic world to use carriages. From what I can remember steep steps is just the name of the pathway you take to get to East wing cable carriage. Give Echo point lookout information centre a call or... More

I don’t like heights either and was fine. The railway is very steep but you are locked in the train with no way to fall so it feels safe. The cable car across the gorge has in the middle a glass floor which you can avoid... More
