Go early in the morning to avoid peak times and long queues. I would recommend the "laid back" setting for the seat on the scenic railway.

I am afraid of heights but I managed to do all the rides without fainting, vomiting, peeing myself, or otherwise being an embarrassment (yay!). I have done all of those embarrassing things before (mostly fainting). My usual trick for this type of 'ride' is to...More

Its a great day out for everyone. There is the Scenic Skyway, Scenic Railway, Scenic Cableway and Scenic walkway. Get there early as it is a very popular place and people come by the bus load.

Hi aussiewanderers, Thanks for reviewing your Scenic World experience. Arriving onsite early is great advice as there are often fewer people onsite and the views of the valley are particularly spectacular in the morning. Safe travels and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

This place is very well run and worth the ticket prices. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and we had an excellent morning out with our 18 month old who loved all the rides.
