Loved the walk on kingfisher trail. Good exercise and a great view when up there luckily it was a cool day. Can imagine would be hot in summer

Really should have done this earlier in the morning, it was quite hot and sticky although the walk was very enjoyable. Would have loved a guide to show us around and explain some birdlife and trees.

We did the honeyeater's lookout. 4 relatively fit young adults. took us 1 hour up and 45 mins down. total of 8km. Make sure you have enough water and insect repellant!

As of November 2017 the second campsite from Forestry Road is not accessible due to trees being knocked over from the cyclone. There are no indications of this anywhere so beware. There are 2 water refill points but the water is untreated so take something...More

Did the walk with my 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter. The way up was a bit steep, took a bit of effort. Total time was 4 hours for us. And we took 2 short break in between. The lookout is beautiful....More
