Reptile parks aren't really my thing but some people we were staying with insisted we visit and I actually found it quite interesting. The entry fee is really good value as it can be used over several days. Families with young children would probably appreciate this rather than spending the whole day there. There is a well-stocked food outlet and... More

We experienced the Zootastic tour at Hartley's crocodile adventures with another couple. The two guides gave us the opportunity to get up close and personal with Australian animals such as wombats, koalas, kangaroos and crocodiles. Rhiannon and Brody were really knowledgeable and friendly. Afterward we took the boat cruise, visited the cassowaries and has a great lunch with marinated crocodile... More

WOW. We had a great time here - I'm not normally a fan of these types of attractions but I'm so glad that I visited. All of the shows are well worth seeing, the staff make all the experiences very interesting. It was a very organised and interesting place, please allow enough time to see all areas, you can easily... More

This place is pretty spectacular if you're after a great day out. Start your day early and purchase your tickets at the door. They seem to a little cheaper than online. $39 adult entry. Generally, one ticket allows up to 7 days accesses. So, if you can't see it all and/I'd love it that much, you can go 6 more... More

What an experience. We had a fantastic experience. From the crocodile farm talk. to the boat trip to the croc feeding experience then a walk around the park and seeing other Australian animals. It was very informative and interesting. Held our attention and all the speakers were fun and enthralling to listen to as they told their croc stories and... More

Really well laid out and had a great day. The staff are friendly and clearly care about the animals. If you want to see crocs this is the place! Lots of crocs - best of its type we've visited in Australia. Go if you are in the area.

Whenever I have visitors especially from overseas I always take them to Hartley's. It's a great place for them to see not only crocodiles swimming in the lagoon and being fed but all the other wildlife Australia has to offer. The guides are both informative and amusing. It's a great place to visit

If you think this is just another zoo, it's not. It's quite a large area which has been made into a lagoon, with a lot of fresh water and salt walter crocodiles. It has a great restaurant that overlooks the lagoon and there are boat trips that take you out on the water and show you about life in the... More

Crocs are kept in captivity for our own entertainment. I went there not knowing what to expect as my husband planned it with other friends but judging from the picture on the flyer I thought it was boat ride only where we could see crocs in the wilderness.I was disappointed especially seeing giant crocodiles kept in a tiny place where... Thanks for your feedback Amanda. Firstly we are not engaged in 'animal cruelty' as alleged by yourself. Quite the contrary we are actually a sanctuary for the many wild crocodiles that can no longer live in the urban and habituated areas of North Queensland or would you have preferred that these animals be put down by wildlife authorities? We actually... More
