Great venue for theatre productions. Each year there are three musicals or plays put on by the Coolum Theatre Players. An amateur group but highly regarded in their wide variety of performances

This has a small set of regular shops, coffee shops, deli, organic food shop, flower shop and more. We head there when we need something and don't stick around as it is just an in out type of area with no major draw cards.

Not open when we called by - Wednesday at 2.30 pm - so check opening times. Close to the shops and next door to the library with plenty of free parking close by and the beautiful beach across the road

On one hand, could be seen as just a local hall but it is great for locals to have the range of theatre and musicals without the need to go to Brisbane for an event.

Been in Coolum for a long time, has recently been face-lifted and looks beautiful. The Civic center really is at the heart of Coolum and is where a lot of the amazing local plays and performances come alive. A humble abode, can fit somewhere between...More

Great for Coolum locals to have their own centre for both community activities and theatre. Saw a great show with Catherine Alcorn channelling Bette Midler - could almost swear she was the legend herself. Not a huge theatre, perhaps 350 seats but just the right...More
