Part of the Noosa National Park, the entrance to the walk is right across from Coolum State High School and is a bit confusing because it doesn’t seem like you can access it but you can. There are a few trails, we entered by trail...More

An easy walk and a good view of the whole coast, not really worth a special diversion but for a vantage point for whale watching, it has a good aspect.

An easy 9 minute stroll to the top for beach and hinterland views. A number of different paths to take to make the walk up more interesting.

The climb takes about 15-20 minutes depending on how quick you walk, and it can be a little bit rocky in places. It's a fairly easy walk, and the 360deg view of the coast is awesome when you reach the top.

I enjoy the walk up Emu Mountain. It is a stroll that will get your heart rate up and enlighten your visual senses from the top with the coastline stretching from Coolum Beach to Noosa Heads.

This is a fairly easy hike, with some views. Mount Coolum has much better views, but is a much more difficult hike than Emu mountain.
