We enjoyed our tour, seeing lots of cute seals close up. Seals were jumping out of the water beside us, playing with bits of seaweed, etc. Also enjoyed thrill of swell and waves at Cape Bridgewater. Be warned though that the walk to the pick...More

Cannot recommend this tour enough. It's great fun, you're guaranteed to see hundreds of seals and our skipper, Vinny, was so knowledgeable about the seals and the geology of Cape Bridgewater (amongst other things). Would love to do it again in the scuba tank next...More

A 15 minute undulating walk from the seals car park gets to you a rickety old shed that is home to life jackets and all the other things needed by this small tour operator. If you have small children, the walk may take longer. Up...More

This boat ride/tour is so much fun and the up-close interaction with the two seal species is just awesome. A 15 minute walk from the car park to the jetty is well worth it for the experience to come. We rode along in a group...More

$40 for a 45 minute trip to see literally hundreds of seals, many close enough to touch (and smell). The operators are super friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Was such a fantastic experience I'm already planning to do it again. Allow 20-25 minutes to walk...More

A picturesque 15 min shoreline walk followed by a short boat ride and an awesome opportunity to see seals in their habitat. Great afternoon, great value for money and highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful and worth every cent. Vinnie was full of information. Ages of family ranged from 13 - 66. Allow at least a min of 25 mins to the jetty for the slower walking members of family.

We were a family group with youngsters ranging from 10 - 50 years old. We all thoroughly enjoyed this trip. The boat ride to the seals was exciting and exhilarating, albeit a bit scary for some of us! Vinny was knowledgeable and interesting and was...More

Hi all, Is it worth it to do this trip around July? Is it even open, as it is the winter period and all?

Winter would not be advisable as the sea would be too rough. They don't operate.

It's not open ocean in the sense of being far out at sea. The answer by 'Settlers' above is accurate. It is rarely calm there, and expect the water to be active! But it's fun and if conditions were unsafe, the tours would... More
