If you come to Hervey Bay, make sure you go for a walk down the Esplanade, get yourself a coffee, icecream or fish n chips and enjoy the water views, awesome :)

Parked up & took a walk along the pathway, it is a joint pathway so pay attention to cyclists, plenty of places to stop off & rest if there’s a rain cloud looming or just to take in the views, various pieces of exercise equipment...More

This walking/cycle path follows The Esplanade for at least 8 km. I try to walk it every week to keep up my fitness. There's plenty of shade in most parts (but wear a hat for the unshaded parts). It gets quite hot in Hervey Bay...More

The esplanade has a beautiful view, is nice and clean and is excellent for walking and bikeriding. Lots of lovely places to sit and just enjoy the surroundings and the view. Public toilets at frequent intervals along the way.

This is a wonderful walk for those who just want to slow down and enjoy the sights and sounds of quiet Hervey Bay . We were there on a Monday and a lot of stores along the walk were closed on Mondays so fair warning...More

sorry just saw this hervey bay is not big and doable either with bike, walk or motorized wheel chair cant really place it in my mind as we did not go there for brekkie, but somehow I think about mid esplanade.......
