We did 2 long rides along the Esplanade whilst staying at Hervey Bay in Urangan.
We covered the whole track between us , stopping for photos , ibis ( they are everywhere ) , coffees and brunch along the way.

The Esplanade is a fantastic paved track for all abilities. You can walk or ride as far as you want in any direction with plenty of (coffee) stops. Undoubtedly built for the mobility scooter it provides access to such a huge area for all.

hervey bay is not big and doable either with bike, walk or motorized wheel chair
cant really place it in my mind as we did not go there for brekkie, but somehow I think about mid esplanade.......
