I've always wanted to see a live Sperm whale. Mission accomplished. A very informative and interesting trip. Great staff and a well kept craft. To see two species of whale on one trip magical.

Hi I am traveling with my family in early June. What are the chances of seeing a sperm whale during that season? What other mammals might we see during that time? Is there a particular time that is better to go that increase our chances of seeing a sperm whale? How should we dress?

The best time is October to see the whales actually.
Hi My family 2 adults and two children 14 & 8 are planning a whale watching trip in December. We are planning to drive from Christchurch on Dec 27th? Are the trips planned for that day? Heard about the earthquake last week, hope you all are doing ok and also wondering if the whale watching trips are back in schedule again. Also wondering if the roads are all cleared from Christchurch?
