Excellent service, great staff, lots of ideas of what to do with my young grandchildren. We are all moving to Wanganui soon so were very happy with the help we were given plus the maps and pamphlets.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A nice shop with busy café on site. Helped with campervan parking. Would not have experienced Durie St elevator without friendly help from staff.

I enjoyed pleasant staff, and a pleasant shop. They were even open on Easter weekend, whereas cafes and restaurants were mostly closed!

Don't go looking for local community events at the Whanganui I-Site - they only cater for the promotion of Whanganui businesses.

Ginger crunch exceptional! Good coffee in, pleasant surroundings and all food looked fabulous, but the modern art upstairs is neither well made, clever or inspirational.

Several visits mixed results. If you go there and want a smile and an answer to questions or even good service then wait in line until Keri can serve you. She is excellent, friendly and knows Wanganui.
