This could have been a great fun experience for our three grand-daughters but it was spoilt by a young bully using the dodge ball area as an opportunity to attack girls by throwing balls like missiles directed at their heads. The two teenage "supervisors" we're spending all of their time looking in to each other's eyes and even after being told of the problem didn't even bother to move over to the problem, which continued unabated. The kids still had a good time but it would have been so much better if the organization had taken its responsibilities seriously.

Took my kids there today. Was able to just walk in without having a booking. Is good entertainment for them with appropriate supervision. At $17 per child per hour it is not cheap though.

This complex was a huge hit with our grandsons. Everything from trampolines (4 areas) to laser tag, mini golf, and inflatable activity area. Power carts were nice but an optional expense. The package deal was a great value but the "temptations" of dozens of coin operated games etc. are a challenge to even the most disciplined. If you are not careful you can drop heaps of additional money in the blink of an eye.
The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. Some of the best service ever!
The misters spraying fine water at the trampoline area were very welcome on a very hot day.

Disgraceful facility and staff, place is filthy dirty, smells bad, rubbish bins overflowing, and the staff are the most rudest I have come across for quite some time. Counter staff need to be sent on Customer Service course.
Some of the tramps were off limits as they were faulty or broken, therefore crowing the other areas.
I do not recommend this place at all.

We took our kids here after seeing great reviews. Our first issue was the fact you must buy their socks as adults if you are going to need to go on the indoor playground with your kids. Now while I have never seen this at any other play centre, I accept it as their term of entry. My issue was that no other parents had these socks on, and some even had shoes on - while the teenage supervisors just did nothing, and looked miserable as sin the whole time. I am not even sure what the point of the two supervisors were. We didn't stay too long as some of the parts of the play space were somewhat unaccessible for parents, so we couldn't really send our 3rd old into that, and there were kids much older that toddler age in the toddler area. There is no where enough seating for parents. I would never give these jokers my money again.

Upon our entry we werent explained what was available properly a bit of miss communication and the staff member made me feel like i should have known what i wanted. As i had never set foot in a place like this before she made me feel like i was more of a problem than a new customer. We went on a sunday, although the kids loved it i felt it was too pricey $16 each for the trampolines and $8 each for a laser tag. Ttl $48 for 2 kids plus $2.80 each for socks - After a cake each with 2 adults, 2 rolls and 4 waters - another $48 for drinks, cakes, water. Worked out just over $100 for a couple of hours. At the end the kids wanted an icy pole the girl behind the counter said no to her that they are closed. The man took our money so thank you. Just a suggestion ..for younger staff members - be a bit patient to customers who have no idea about what Airtime is.

What great place for the kids to bounce of some energy. Great cafe for parents to grab a coffee while sitting to watch the kids. Kids had a great time. We will be back 👍

My kids love coming here - they would love to come back each week if they could. Even this big kid enjoyed it!

This was our first time to Airtime 360, and our children loved it ( ages 6 and 11)
We got the cheaper week day rate and stayed for ages, kids were totally worn out !
Lots of trampolines, mini golf and, play equipment .
So much fun, will definitely go again.

We visited Airtime 360 on a summer's day as a school holiday treat for the kids. This place is basically a big tin shed sitting in the hot sun with no air-conditioning. It was nearly empty and I now know why. It was so hot and humid inside it made 2 of the kids feel sick. One jumped for about 5 minutes before getting a headache and the other one couldn't bring themselves to jump at all (and they are usually very energetic). We also paid an additional $8 each for the indoor playground centre which was not as hot, but still unbearable. The team of very young staff seemed uninterested, sitting around chatting the entire time. I felt sorry for the ones who were actually working as they had sweat running down their faces too. I believe this place would be fantastic to visit when the weather is kinder.
